Lynsey founded L C Simple Contractors Insurance Agency with a simple conviction: contractors deserve an agent who knows their world and actually picks up the phone. She built the agency around the moments that matter — the certificate a GC needs this afternoon, the workers' comp question that can't wait, the bond that gets a license reinstated.
Today she and her team shop competitive markets for trades across California — handling the six core contractor coverages plus Builders Risk, professional liability, and personal lines. When you call, you get Lynsey's team, not a ticket queue.
